One to One Yoga Classes

I offer private 1-1 yoga classes both in person and online. This can be particularly helpful if you are new to yoga or with specific injuries or limitations. Yoga 1-1 can be a great way to get a personalised approach, with your specific goals in mind, create filmed practises for to complete at home or to ready yourself for group classes.

Pregnancy Yoga Classes

Gentle, supportive movement and relaxation to help you feel strong, calm, and connected during pregnancy.
Classes are suitable from 12 weeks onwards and run as a 6, 7 or 8 week term.

Taster Session

Taster session prices:

  • In-person: £10
  • Online: £5

This 7-week term begins on Monday, 3rd November.

Postnatal Yoga Classes

Gentle, nurturing movement and relaxation to support your recovery after birth. Postnatal yoga helps you rebuild strength, release tension, and reconnect with your body in a safe and supportive space.

Classes are suitable from 6–8 weeks postnatal (or 12 weeks after a caesarean). Non-mobile babies are welcome to come along with you.

It’s completely normal if your baby needs feeding, changing, or cuddles during class — you’re welcome to tend to them at any time.

Sessions run as a 6, 7, or 8-week term, giving you time to regain confidence and enjoy the benefits week by week.

A little about me and my classes

I am a 500 hour certified yoga teacher, certified by Yoga Alliance, having completed two yoga teacher training courses and assisted on one too. I have practised and taught yoga in India, Bali and the UK and currently over yoga 1-1 and events in Plymouth, Devon. 

At my classes you can expect hatha and vinyasa styles of yoga, peppered with anatomy insights, physiotherapy informed variations and breathwork and mindfulness. I encourage discovering and building balanced stability and flexibility and use my physiotherapy knowledge to build progressive yoga sequences. I encourage laughter when we wobble in balances, ensure time for savasana relaxation at the end of class.

All are welcome– I strive to offer variations to suit all and reminders to listen and engage with your body so that you can learn when to challenge and when to ease off and be kind to yourself. Do what best serves you today, and quieten the comparison and judgement.
